The gruesome sight of today got me speechless. Beside helpless, I couldn't find a better word in my limited vocabulary to describe my messed-up feelings right now.

While I'm typing all these, I could feel my heart sink deeper and deeper. It felt as though somebody is squeezing my vunerable heart tightly.. I could hardly breathe.
